Aplastic
anemia is a stubborn type of anemia which is
difficult to treat. Usually it does not react to normal treatments for
anemia.
There are more lymph cells in the blood and there is a deficiency
of red blood cells, hemoglobin, and granulocytes.
It may be caused by bone marrow disease or exposure to toxic
agents, such as radiation, chemicals, or drugs.
